Team Building and Remote Workshops

Collaboration requires an attitude of openness and sharing.

If we work remotely we need to be aware of our behaviours and guidance to others. This can be learned. And it is possible to make things happen that most people do not consider to be an option when working remotely. Networking, social time, teambuilding – how can this be addressed with simple means when we do not meet each other in person?

Online meetings, larger virtual events and live online trainings can often be conducted with a lot more involvement and interaction. Creating psychological safety and bonding will contribute to team members pulling in the same direction. Our objective is to achieve a solid mutual understanding.

In the business this relates to internal collaboration amongst colleagues, as well as any communication with customers and business partners.

We needed to conduct a business workshop with a global group of colleagues. We had never done so in a virtual setting. 4 New Work was recommended internally by colleagues.

Preparation for our workshop was quick und uncomplicated. We received useful advice on how to plan the agenda and what methods to use, based on our business objectives. The fast understanding of our needs enabled the Consultant to contribute straight away.

Exploring the tech tools we had available helped us balance our aspiration with ease of use. 4 New Work was central to preparing the flow and guidance. We were also happy to have them act as live facilitator of our global workshop so that we could focus more on the functional content whilst they took care of the engagement of the participants through icebreakers, live polls, Q&A and more. It turned out that this became an interactive session with all participants being actively engaged.  We were highly satisfied with the virtual workshop and its outcomes.
Thank you to 4 New Work, we look forward to next joint projects and we can definitely recommend engaging them.
