At the Microsoft Modern Workplace Summit in November 2019 about 200 enterprise customers met to learn, discuss and exchange.
The presentation held by Katrin Neuendorf of 4 New Work highlighted the benefits of human-centered change and adoption measures. For many participants it was interesting to consider how they could expand their technology roll-out to a more encompassing culture change programme.
Katrin also facilitated a panel discussion of managers and employees who reported from their day-to-day work experience in a modern organisation like Microsoft. Summit participants from a broad range of companies enjoyed the insights and inspiration.
